Google Ads agency in Barcelona: clients from the first week
We set up, launch, and optimize your campaigns every week so that your budget goes towards searches that can lead to sales.
Google Ads is the fastest way to get in front of someone who's already searching for what you sell. You don't wait for Google to trust your website: you pay and you appear. We're our own team in Barcelona, with over 15 years of experience building websites and running campaigns, and we work month-to-month. If you're looking for long-term results, consider this alongside our [company name/website/etc.]. SEO.
What is Google Ads for and when does it pay off?
Google Ads does one very specific thing: it puts your ad in front of someone who is currently typing what you sell into Google. You don't interrupt anyone or stalk them online. You appear when someone is searching for a service like yours in your area.
That makes it the most direct channel there is, and also the easiest to burn out. There are four situations where it makes perfect sense:
- You need customers now. You've just opened, lost a big client, or your team is idle. A well-executed campaign starts generating calls and forms within days.
- You want to validate a new service. Before investing in an entire website and six months of content, you test with a small budget and find out if anyone is looking for that and how much each contact costs.
- Your business is seasonal. Air conditioning, summer renovations, tire changes, Christmas campaigns. You turn it on when there's demand and turn it off when there isn't.
- SEO is still maturing. Achieving good positioning takes months. Ads give you visibility from day one while organic efforts gain traction.
That last point is the important one. SEO Google Ads and SEO don't compete; they alternate. Ads buys traffic while you're running it; SEO builds an asset that continues to bring in visitors even after you stop paying. The logical approach is to start with Ads to get your business going right away and work on SEO in parallel. We manage both, so we won't tell you which is better; we'll tell you how much to invest in each.
When is it not worth it? When there isn't a decent website to send traffic to. Paying for clicks to take them to a slow page, with no visible phone number and no clear reason to call you, is throwing money away in the most expensive way possible. If you're at that point, start with the web development and then turn on the campaigns.

Management fee and advertising investment are not the same thing
This is the part that causes the most confusion, and we clarify it before signing anything. There are two different amounts, and they go to two different places.
The management fee This is what you pay us for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing the campaigns. It's a fixed, monthly fee with no commitment period, and it's included in our invoice.
Advertising investment This is what you pay Google for clicks. It doesn't go through our system: the account is linked to your card or direct debit, and Google bills you directly. We don't handle it or charge any commission. You decide how much to allocate and can increase or decrease it whenever you want.
The Google Ads account is yours, always. It's created in your name, using your email and tax information, and we have administrator access. The day we stop working together, you keep the entire account: history, conversions, audiences, and all the accumulated learning, which is what really matters. No agency accounts where you walk away empty-handed.
And now for the unpleasant part. A poorly set up account can eat up your budget in days and leave you convinced that Google Ads doesn't work. The problems are almost always the same: open match keywords without a single negative keyword, all your services included in the same campaign competing against each other, conversions that are mismeasured or counted twice, automatic bidding activated before the account has any data, and ads that lead to the homepage instead of the advertised service's page.
The result is a report full of cheap impressions and clicks that hasn't generated a single call. That's why the first thing we do, whether you have an account or not, is look at how it's set up and tell you what's worthwhile. You can find the details of each plan on the page of Google Ads pricing.
How we work on your campaigns
Four phases. You always speak with the person who is inside the account, not with an intermediary manager.
Account audit or setup
If you already have an account, we'll review it completely: structure, keywords, negative keywords, ads, extensions, conversions, and where every click goes. If you don't have one, we'll create it in your name and set up your analytics with GA4 before spending a single euro.
Campaign structure and keywords
We separate by service or product family to avoid competition. We look for the words your customer actually uses, not just the ones that sound good in a meeting, and we create a list of negative keywords. Then we develop the ads and landing page for each group.
Launch and learning period
We're starting with a controlled budget. For the first few weeks, the system collects data and the numbers fluctuate: that's normal. We review actual searches daily and cut anything that doesn't make sense before it eats up the month.
Continuous optimization and reporting
From there, it's all about the work: bidding, new rejections, ad testing, and adjustments by device, time, and location. Each month you receive a clear report detailing your investment, earnings, and what we'll be focusing on the following month.
Google Ads management pricing

Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the sector and the cost per click in your market, but with an investment of less than €300 per month, it's difficult to draw conclusions: there isn't enough data to know which keywords are working and which aren't. With €500 per month, you can already work with most local businesses. Tell us what you sell and in what area, and we'll give you a realistic estimate before you begin.
The first clicks come in on launch day. The first calls or form submissions usually arrive in the first or second week. A well-tuned campaign requires two to three months of data, negative feedback, and testing to lower and stabilize the cost per customer. Anyone promising profitability in the first week is just selling you a pipe dream.
Yes, always. The account is created in your name and with your tax information, and we work within it with administrator privileges. If you ever leave, you keep the entire account with all the history, conversions, and audiences. We don't retain access or charge you to return what's already yours.
No. We work on a monthly basis, and you can change your plan or cancel anytime, as long as you give us notice before the next renewal. We'd rather you stay because the campaigns are successful, not because a contract forces you to. You can see all our rates on our website. prices.
Our focus is on Google Ads: it's where people are already searching for what you sell. We don't sell what we don't know. If you think your business is a better fit for social media, let us know and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worthwhile and how to integrate it with our Google Ads strategy.
We don't touch anything until we've reviewed them. We look at structure, real and negative searches, conversions, and landing pages, and we tell you what's useful and what needs to be redone. Sometimes it's enough to clean up what's there, and sometimes it's more cost-effective to set up new campaigns in the same account to avoid losing the historical data.
