To give you a helpful answer from the very first email, it would be useful to know three things: what you currently have (website, online store, or nothing yet), what you want to achieve in the coming months, and your budget and timeframe. If you already have a website up and running, send us the address and we'll take a look before we call.
How we work on a new project
After you send us your message, the process is always the same. First, a short call to understand your business and what you need to achieve. Then, we send you a proposal with scope, timeline, and a fixed price, so you know exactly what you'll receive and when. We only begin working once that proposal is approved, with revisions along the way and no extras appearing mid-project. If you prefer to start with something smaller, we also offer that option. Where are we?
We work from El Masnou, in the province of Barcelona, with clients in the city, the metropolitan area, and the rest of Spain. We travel around Barcelona regularly and can meet in person when the project requires it; the rest of the work is done remotely with regular follow-up meetings.
